Service Fee Adjustment

Effective, 6 December 2021, there will be a minor change to our pricing. 

We will be introducing a Service Fee Adjustment that will be added to the existing Service Fee for low value orders. 

We are making this change to ensure we can continue to provide you the best value service we can.

The Service Fee Adjustment:

• is capped at a maximum of $0.44c per order
• is calculated by subtracting the current Service Fee (3% of order value) from $0.44c. 
  • For example, for a $14 order, the Service Fee Adjustment would be $0.02c ($0.44c - $14 x 3%)
  • For example, for a $1 order, the Service Fee Adjustment would be $0.41c ($0.44c - $1 x 3%)
• is always passed on to registrants, you never pay it
• will only be applied when the Service Fee payable is less than $0.44c, no change to fee structure where Service Fee payable is greater than $0.44c
• will only apply to events created on or after 6 December 2021, your existing events will not be affected
• As always, if you pass on the Service Fee, then Floktu remains free for you as the Service Fee Adjustment is always passed on
