In Floktu, an order can only be cancelled if all the monies received for the order has, firstly been refunded.
If the order is free, then follow the steps below to cancel the order:
- login to your event
- select ''Menu' near to top right hand corner of the page
- select" 'Orders' from the dropdown
- select: 'Add Filters' button, under the Filters heading to the right of the page
- select the dropdown menu that appear in the empty field
- select" Order ID'
- select from the options: 'is'; 'not'; 'is blank'; 'is not blank'; 'greater than'; 'less than'
- select 'Apply'
- once your order appears on the left, select 'View'
- complete the field: 'Enter a Comment' under the Cancellation heading.
- select: Cancel Order'
Please note, if you are using the Floktu Payment Gateway, you will need to send an email to support@floktu,com to initiate the refund/cancellation process.
