Create / Add Tickets
To create or add tickets to your event website, you will need to;
- login to your event
- select 'Menu' near the top right hand corner of the page
- select 'Tickets'
- select 'Add Ticket'
- near the top of the page you can now enter details of your new ticket - some notes and tips below:
- Ticket Name: will appear on your event website and confirmation email (Mandatory)
- Quantity: Number of tickets available (Mandatory)
- Price: cost per ticket
- Pass on Service Fees: ticket this box if you want the registrant to pay the processing fee OR leave as is, if you will be absorbing the processing fee
- Select the 'Advanced Ticket Settings' to reveal the following options
- Form: which 'Registration Form' should apply to the ticket
- Ticket Group: which ticket group to assign the ticket to
- Schedule: which 'Schedule Item' relates to the ticket - only appears if you have created a Schedule page which contains schedule items
- On Sale: the date/time your ticket will start appearing on your event website - when you want to start selling the ticket
- Off Sale: the date/time your tickets will stop appearing on your event website - when you want to stop selling the ticket (Recommended)
- Password Protected: if you want to hide the ticket from the general public and only display it those that have the Ticket Password (e.g. VIPs, etc.)
- Description: appears below the ticket name on your event website. Use this to provide additional information about the ticket, e.g. includes drinks, etc.
- select 'Save' when you are done
- once saved, the ticket should appear in the left hand side bar
Edit Tickets
- login to your event
- select 'Menu'
- select 'Tickets'
- select the ticket (name) in the left hand side bar
- IF the ticket is in a Ticket Group, select 'Open' to reveal the tickets within the Ticket Group
- All tickets in that ticket group are now available to edit
- Select the ticket name to be edited, form this selection of tickets now available.
- to the right of the left hand side bar, you can now adjust the details of each ticket (including price and quantity available for sale)
- Select the 'Advanced Ticket Settings' to reveal the following options
- Edit the field you wish to change
- Select 'Save' when you are done
Delete Tickets
- login to your event
- select 'Menu'
- select 'Tickets'
- select the ticket (name) in the left hand side bar
- IF the ticket is in a Ticket Group, select 'Open' to reveal the tickets within the Ticket Group
- All tickets in that ticket group are now available to edit
- to the right of the left hand side bar, scroll down and select 'Delete'
- select 'Ok' to confirm you want to delete the ticket
This will delete the ticket and it should no longer appear in the left hand side bar
