Yes, but only if you are the 'Account Owner' of the account which holds the event to be transferred. To move events between accounts, the 'Account Owner' will need to;
- login to the event to be moved
- select 'Settings'
- select 'Event Settings'
- near the bottom of the page, use the drop down titled 'Account' to select the account to which you'd like the event moved
- select 'Save'
