To cancel an order, you will need to:
- Login to your event
- only applies where no payments have been received, or
- If payments have been received for the order, and the payment has been refunded in full.
- Select 'Menu'
- Select 'Orders'
- on the 'Orders' page, find the order to be cancelled using the 'Filters'
- select 'View' to the right of the order that appears
- Enter a comment in the section labelled 'Cancellation'
- Select 'Cancel Order'
