To cancel an order, you will need to;
- Login to your event
- Select 'Orders'
- Find the order to be cancelled
- Select 'View' to the right of the order
- Enter a comment in the section labelled 'Cancellation'
- Select 'Cancel Order'
- This will cancel all tickets contained in the order
- Above only applies where no payments have been received, e.g. free tickets, unpaid orders, etc..
- If payments have been received for the order, then you will first need to refund all payments before performing above steps. This article shows you how.
