How do I know who has registered for my event

You can access reports to see all event registration data in the 'Orders' section when logged into Floktu. You have access to 4 types of reports, these are the:

1. Orders Report
2. Payments Report
3. Tickets Report
4. Attendees Report

To download all 4 reports at once, you will need to;

1. Login to your event
2. Select 'Menu'
3. Select 'Orders' 
4. Select 'Download All'

Each report will be on a separate sheet.
Note, if your event has a lot of registration data, you may find this report is somewhat slow. Instead, try downloading individual reports or use the filters on the right.

To download individual reports you will need to:

• Login to your event
• Select 'Menu'
• Select 'Orders'
• By default, the 'Orders' report is selected, if you need a different report select the appropriate button (i.e. Payments, Tickets or Attendees)
• Then select either;
• 'Download CSV' or
• 'Download Excel'

This will download the individual report in the selected format.
