- Ticket revenue from your event is held in trust by Floktu until your event concludes.

Once your event has concluded, we will contact the Account Owner via email to obtain/confirm settlement instructions (account number, account name) and confirm there are no unresolved transactions such as refunds or cancellations of registrations.

Once we have obtained the settlement instructions and confirmation to proceed from the Account Owner, we will then transfer the ticket revenue into your nominated bank account within 5-7 business days, unless bank security concerns have been raised.

If no instruction or confirmation is received, event revenue shall continue to be held in trust by Floktu until we hear from you.

At the time of settlement the Account Owner shall receive a statement showing the inventory sold, any cancellations or refunds, the amount transferred, the transfer date and to which account the funds were transferred to.

If the Account Owner elected to not pass on the 3% payment processing fee to ticket buyers, this fee shall be deducted from event revenue by Floktu prior to transfer.
