With Floktu, proceeds from tickets sales for your event are held by Floktu until the end of your event.
Once the event has ended, we will contact you via email to obtain settlement instructions (i.e. account number, account name, etc.) within 1 - 5 business days.
Once we have obtained the settlement instructions, we will then transfer the proceeds from ticket sales (less any fee's/charges) into your nominated bank account within 2 - 10 business days.
For non-AUD settlements, currently we will settle non-AUD currencies into a PayPal account of the same currency, or you can opt to receive funds into your bank account in AUD instead. If you opt to receive funds in AUD into your bank account, then we will use the exchange rate on the day the settlement is processed to calculate the settlement figures.
