Steps to take if you did not receive a verification email.
Check your 'Junk' and 'Spam' Folders for a verification email from: email@example.com.
If this appears, please click on the link in the email.
If you are unable to retrieve this email, then log into your Floktu account and follow the steps as outlined below:
- Check that your email address is correct:
- Select: Settings
- Select: Event Settings
- Scroll to the 'event manager' section
- check the email address. If this is correct proceed to Step 2
- If the email address is incorrect, please correct this and select 'Save', then
- Select: Build
- Select: Launch
- Select: 'Click here to resend the verification email.' link
